On-line, easy and quick

Requesting a SIMScells experiment is easy and quick. The USER CONTROL PANEL, located at the top-right corner of the webpage, connects you with SIMScells' user-friendly wizard tool, which guides you through the experiment request process and makes a cool experience out of it. Get started by simply clicking the Free New Experiment button on the USER CONTROL PANEL.

Just like a wet lab experiment

In order to design a SIMScells virtual analysis with our wizard, you just have to follow the same steps than for any wet lab experiment. Once you request an analysis, our computers will process your experiment and we will send you a results report when the calculations are completed. You can read further about the experiment request process in the New Experiment Request section.

  • 1. Define a specific question. For services other than the prediction of a mechanism of action, see the Coming soon section.
  • 2. Choose an experimental model (biological system) among the whole human organism, specific cell types...
  • 3. Specify how the system is "treated", e.g. by drug administration, gene knockdown/KO, protein inhibition/activation...
  • 4. Determine the experimental response to analyse, e.g. disease, effect upon gene(s)/protein(s), drug indication/adverse event...
  • 5. Select a payment method: you can choose a credit card (Visa, MasterCard ), PayPal, or a purchase order.

Once you request an analysis, our computers will process your experiment and we will send you a results report when the calculations are completed.

SIMScells workflow: more than a single report!

Each SIMScells report is by itself a useful tool to understand biological phenotypes. However, the Report obtained from an experiment is an initial platform which you can adapt to your specific research project and hypotheses.

Inside each report you will find:

  •  Customizing tools, allowing you the customization of the results according to your unpublished results or hypothesis, by including in the mathematical models restrictions DEFINED BY YOU (protein activation states, etc.)
  •  Visualization tools: SIMScells provides you with a tool that helps you to easily visualize and analyse your results, showing you just what you are searching for.
  •   Experimental validation help: links to extended reports that may help you to validate in your lab the in silico results obtained by SIMScells.
  •  Project expansion suggestions: links suggesting the expansion of your project with new experiments.

Thus, you can exploit SIMScells even further from your initial results, using it as a lab mate who guides you towards new hypotheses and experiments.
